How the Program Works
If you are incarcerated or recently released and are living with HIV, you can reach us by:
- Asking the medical infirmary or social service staff at your unit
- Talking to your parole or probation officer
- Talking to medical or social service providers
- Calling us or sending us a note by mail
When you join the program we will:
- Help coordinate your medical care
- Help you to get HIV medicines
- Give you information about HIV and staying well
- Link you to resources that you need
- Advocate for you
