Empowerment Connection

Empowerment Connection is a program for anyone impacted by HIV, 18 years and older. A person does not have to be living with HIV to participate in our activities and events.

Our program provides opportunities to meet, gain support, and develop friendships with other people in a safe, drug-free environment. Some of our activities include social events, educational events, and support groups.

Attend Events Virtually

While we do have in-person events, many of our events are held virtually which allows you to take part from anywhere!

Tune in via Zoom and Facebook Live for events such as:

  • Cooking with Feliz, a monthly cooking segment
  • The Living Room, a virtual discussion group where people gather to discuss public health issues, pop culture, and community concerns
  • and more!

All of our events and details are currently listed on the Empowerment Connection Facebook page. Visit and like the page to get the latest information on all Empowerment Connection events.
