If you need to schedule a new appointment as a current patient, you can do so conveniently through the patient portal or by calling our office at 214-521-2191. If you’re a new patient, you can request an appointment online or by calling 214-521-2191.

Should you have any questions or if you have a preferred provider for your continued care, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Looking Ahead

We are incredibly grateful for Jason’s dedication to our patients, and we look forward to the impact he will make in this new leadership role. Thank you for trusting PHNTX with your healthcare—we remain committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care at every step.
